| How I got involved: | I have played sports for most of my life, through grade school, high school, college and semi-pro. Being in athletics naturally led me to live a very physical and active life. Athletics, I believe, set the foundation for being goal oriented and fueled my desire to eventually coach the sport I love the most, which is football! When I happened to see an ad that Acalanes High School was seeking a varsity football coach, I made a decision right then & there that I was going to pursue this opportunity. I am now beginning my second season with the school, and for me, it was a terrific decision. I first tried Metromint during the Natural Products Expo, and inquired to see if Metromint would provide their outstanding water for our football team. Then I heard about the Metromint All Stars, applied, and was chosen! |
| Inspiration: | Seeing my athletes mature into aspiring young adults, and watching in amazement the growth paths my wife and kids are on. |
