Metromint collects personally identifiable information, such as name, zip code, and email address from numerous areas on our Web site. Photo Submissions:

Metromint provides users with an opportunity to submit their ideas, photos and other artwork for display on the Web site. The submission of any items to Metromint will be used at the discretion of Metromint and submission is a consent of unlimited useage.

from our users. For example, sensitive information, such as credit card
numbers, are collected on a Web page enhanced with secure sockets layer
protocol to protect the confidentiality of the data. However, no
transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be
guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we make reasonable efforts to
safeguard your personal information once we receive it, we cannot warrant
the security of information you transmit to us.
